What happens if an extraction fails?+

Credits are held when a run starts and only charged once a spec is written. If it fails after every retry the hold is returned automatically — you are not charged for work that produced nothing.

Do credits really never expire?+

Yes. Packs are one-time purchases with no reset date and no subscription attached.

Is the HTML preview charged separately?+

Yes. Every extraction returns DESIGN.md and the token export. The interactive HTML preview is a separate add-on, bought from the result page once you have seen the spec.

Can I get a refund on unused credits?+

Within 14 days of a purchase, yes — the unused portion goes back to the original payment method. See the refund policy for the detail.
